This past weekend, I had the honor of representing GLA at a fundraiser in Abbotsford, BC. It was such a treat to see a number of children who I got to know at GLA, and who are enjoying their lives now with their "forever families". I saw a couple children from the first time I was at GLA back in 2001/2002. Wow, they definitely have changed a lot in the past 5 years. And, of course, there were a few from the past 2 years. I can never get enough of the children!
